花椒黃薑雞
材料:
天幃優品文昌雞1隻
花椒1湯匙
黃薑粉1湯匙
鹽1湯匙
處理:
1. 雞,拆開包裝袋,清除內臟,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 慢火,白鑊,炒香花椒。
3. 加入鹽,繼續炒。
4. 鹽開始轉黃色,加入黃薑粉炒10秒,放上碟。
5. 調味粉,內外搽勻雞的身體。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸雞40分鐘或以上。
3. 蒸好,掃走花椒。
4. 雞,斬好。
5. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Chilled Wenchang chicken 1 No.
Sichuan peppercorn 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Preparation:
